We offer custom event planning for any special day you may have in mind.  We can help you from start to finish with vendor contacts, finding a venue to host the event, advertising your event and much more!

Party/ Event design and planning starts at 325.00 and up

Additional Services 

We offer floral arrangements, centerpieces and we can even do your bouquets and corsages for you too! We design table overlays and table runners custom to personalize your event,using our services could save you a lot more than you could imagine!

These services have to be calculated through consultation to add to your package depending on the size of your event and the services you seek.

Any service that is not included in your package we can create a CUSTOM PACKAGE for you! This option is billed to you on a as you go basis or can be added to any pre-made package option to give you what you want and need for your special date that may not already be included.

Ask for more information for this package does not have a base price due to the fact it is based on services added or need basis.

Here at weddings and events by KM we love to help, if you need a lift from the airport or help transporting family we can help, you need us to run to the bridal shop and pick up gowns or drop one off we can help.  We offer our services outside normal business hours and if it is not included in your package a mileage rate per will apply. This will be attached to your final bill a total of all mileage that has accumulated throughout the term of your contract. General pricing for errands or runs that are not included in your contract are .78 per mile this covers the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex (this covers both ways)

This is for the couple that wants to plan the wedding themselves but just need a helping hand with DAY OF SERVICES. This package is to insures everything with your day will run smoothly and that you will not be worrying about small details that day, your only task that day is making it down the aisle

Some things this package includes:

• Review of all vendor contracts and conformation of vendors services 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day
• Assistance in development of wedding day itinerary
• My services on your wedding day for maximum of 9 hours (time over 9 hours there will be an additional fee billed)
• Provision of complete wedding emergency 911 kit
• Personal management of your wedding day itinerary, vendors and you!

This package starts at 350.00 and up

This is for the couple that would like to do everything themselves but just need some guidance and assistance with some details and or vendor recommendations prior to the special day.

Some things this package includes:

• A starter kit with wedding day timeline information for you to follow, questions to ask vendors, tip sheets,  theme ideas and more!
• Up to 12 hours of consultation regarding your planning
• Referrals to reputable vendors, review of vendors contracts with you, and confirmation of vendors (1-2) weeks prior to your special day
• Assistance in developing your wedding day itinerary
• FREE Wedding Style Consultation (Ask for details)
• One visit to the ceremony and reception venue prior to your wedding
• Unlimited email and telephone questions
• Discount on Event Rentals (ask for details)

 This package starts at 425.00 and up

This package that is for the customer that wants to be worry free and have us handling everything for them from a to z. 

The full on planning includes everything in the rose package plus:

• My attendance and assistance at your wedding ceremony plus rehearsal
• My services on your wedding day for a maximum of 12 hours
• Provision of complete wedding emergency kit
• Personal management of day's itinerary, vendors and you!
• Personalized gift assistance for attendants involved in the special day
• Assistance in selecting bridal gown/ attire for the event ( I will attend shops with the wedding party for a maximum of 6 hours)
• 15% off preferred photographers Daniel Asmelash or David West (ask for details)
• Assistance with travel accommodations for relatives and wedding party
• Complete set up with crew of the wedding day and break down of the room included with this package

This package starts at 755.00 and up
